A person with an active warden assignment at your site: someone currently appointed to a warden role in your emergency structure. Occupants, past wardens and people who once logged in don't count. If one person holds roles at more than one of your sites, each site counts them once for its own price.

It applies itself. The discount is 1% for every five wardens on your team up to 50, then it climbs faster: 2.6% for every five wardens after that, reaching 36% at 100 wardens. At 60 wardens you pay 15% below the headline rate; at 100 wardens the rate works out at $3.18 per warden. There are no tiers to choose and nothing to negotiate, and the minimum price of $99 a month ex GST covers any team of up to 20 wardens.

Nothing, until renewal. Add every warden you need the moment you need them; no one is ever blocked and nothing extra appears on your bill mid-term. At renewal we confirm your warden count together, usually with your safety partner in the conversation, and your price moves to the new count.

Your price follows your warden count at renewal. The count is confirmed once a year, in both directions.

Warden teams are dynamic: people join, leave and rotate, so your active warden count will drift over and under the number you pay for during the year. That's expected, and it costs nothing. Safety should never sit behind a paywall, so we don't restrict or meter warden counts, and we don't bill mid-term. In return, the promise relies on fair use: if a site subscribes for far fewer wardens than it actually runs, we may require a mid-term adjustment rather than waiting for renewal, with your safety partner part of that conversation.

Yes. Whether your site is one tower of twenty floors or a campus of ten buildings, the price is set by your warden team, not your floor plan. Occupants are unlimited too.

That's portfolio territory. Talk to us and we'll shape a plan across your sites, from campus rates to portfolio agreements, so you're not stacking single-site plans.

You choose: subscribe at the price that matches your warden team, with or without Comply, to keep everything you've set up; or let the trial end and move to a free Respond site instead. Everything you set up during the trial is retained read-only and lights up again if you subscribe later.

No. The trial starts with just your details, and you only pay if you decide to subscribe. Before the trial ends, we confirm your warden count together, usually with your safety partner; if you don't continue, you can move to a free Respond site instead.

Comply is a flat add-on per site, on any plan, because compliance obligations belong to the site rather than to buildings or headcount. It's billed with your plan on the same cycle, one bill, and you can add it any time as a prorated billing change. Comply isn't available on the free Respond.

In-app messaging, broadcasts and push notifications are free and unlimited, so day-to-day messaging costs nothing extra. SMS sent by the platform, such as emergency alerts and safety checks to phones, is charged at standard SMS rates and invoiced monthly alongside your subscription.

Your safety partner. When you register, we ask who supports your emergency program and train them to implement and support Emredi for you, so the people who already know your buildings run the setup. If you don't have a safety partner, we'll introduce you to one.
