JKG starts with a risk analysis of your facility, then writes emergency response procedures specific to your building's layout, operations and hazards, in line with the WHS Regulations and AS 3745:2010, and linked to your crisis management and business continuity plans. Your emergency control organisation gets practical training for chief wardens, deputy chief wardens, communications officers and wardens, along with general occupant training, fire extinguisher training and evacuation drills that are reviewed and used to improve your procedures. Exercises cover lockdown, shelter in place, active armed offender (code black) and bomb threat (code purple). If you keep JKG on for your training, the 12-monthly review of your emergency plan is included, so your documents stay current as your building and its risks change.
